    A Centrifugal Disc Finishing Machine works by using a high-speed rotating disc, or rotor, to generate centrifugal force, which acts on the parts placed in the machine. The frequency motor is a type of electric motor that is designed to operate at variable speeds, allowing the machine to adjust the speed of the rotor as needed during the finishing process. The machine typically consists of a central rotor mounted on a vertical shaft, which is driven by the frequency motor. The parts to be finished are placed in a circular chamber around the rotor, along with abrasive media and a liquid finishing solution. As the rotor rotates, the parts are subjected to centrifugal force, which causes them to move outward and come into contact with the abrasive media. The parts are then finished through a combination of mechanical abrasion and chemical action of the finishing solution.
