1. Machine

For parts with the same data, parts with different standards, and parts with different requirements, vibratory mill manufacturers require different machines and grinding media to be assigned. For example, if the zinc alloy parts produced by die casting need to be descaled, resin grinding stones should be selected; stamping stainless steel parts should be continuously deburred, so brown corundum grinding stones with large cutting force should be selected
3. Grinding media
Abrasive media include abrasive and polishing materials such as grindstones, polishing stones, abrasives, and glosses. Each material has its own application plan. For example, plastic grindstones are used for soft materials, such as aluminum, zinc, copper, plastics, etc. Generally speaking, only by fully understanding the functions and characteristics of the three grinding elements of the grinder can the effective distribution be adjusted to achieve a multiplier effect.
